  • Yes. The maximum height to fit inside the RejuvaNest comfortably is 185cm, we can add a knee pillow for those a little taller and the width maximum is 70cm

  • Bring your loose fitting long clothes that are comfortable and not restrictive or lay in your underwear. As you will be jiggling with the vibration, we don’t want any tight undies, bra or pants. Allow the lymph and sweat to flow freely! Please bring dry clothes, we will give you a cool towel to wipe away the sweat!

  • As we have not used pregnant women in any testing, we will have to say no, especially to using any of the heating functions as well as the vibration.

    We recommend a lymphatic massage and use of our circulate compression system for pregnancy.
