  • Bridget Cheyne - Co-founder, Owner and Manager of The Wellness Studio

    Bridget is a qualified Naturopath and a Remedial Massage Therapist with over 25 years of experience. She is passionate about health, fitness and the healing power of nature, and is dedicated to supporting clients through a holistic focus on skin, gut health, muscular balance and movement. Her mission is to help people feel their best so they can enjoy life to the fullest. 

  • Michael Cheesman

    Michael is a breathwork teacher, freediving instructor and former Australian record holder who is passionate about helping people connect with their breath to support stress, anxiety and overall well-being.

    With a background as a Chiropractor, he brings a deep understanding of the nervous system and stress response to his teaching. His approach blends clinical insight with extensive breathwork training undertaken across several countries, including Japan.

  • Jo Wilkins

    Jo is a counsellor and expressive arts therapist with over a decade of experience helping clients feel calmer, more grounded and connected to themselves. She offers gentle, welcoming relaxation sessions where anyone whether new to meditation or experienced can pause, breathe and feel supported.

    Jo’s focus is on comfort and inclusiveness, creating a space where people of all abilities can take part. Her sessions explore simple, effective techniques that leave you feeling lighter, refreshed and at ease.

  • Georgia Cusbert

    Georgia is a Mat Pilates instructor, Acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine practitioner, and practitioner of Reiki and the Spinal Flow Technique. She runs her business, Matter of Meridians, from the Skin Lab in Port Lincoln, where her passion for holistic health and well-being guides her work.

    Pilates has become an integral part of her life and daily routine, and she has been teaching since 2018 — bringing warmth, experience and a whole-body approach to every class.

  • Raffael Veldhuyzen

    Raff began practicing yoga in her early 20s and travelled to India in 2015 to complete her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. She is passionate about the eight limbs of yoga and sees asana as a pathway into deeper spiritual and philosophical practice.

    Her classes invite students to reconnect, release and build resilience. Raff has also trained in Intuitive Sequencing, Energetic Alignment, Children & Family Yoga, and continues ongoing study and workshops across Australia.

  • Eliza Green

    Eliza began her yoga journey with a 200-hour training through Power Living Australia Yoga in 2021 and has since completed additional studies in Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release. Her passion for the practice continues to grow through both teaching and learning.

    With a focus on mindful movement and intelligent sequencing, Eliza blends traditional yoga roots with modern anatomy to create classes that honour the practice while supporting her students’ needs.

  • Fiona Hoopmann

    Fiona teaches Vinyasa Yoga, having completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2023. Her classes are intentionally designed to help students connect with both body and mind through gentle, accessible movement.

    She offers clear cues, supportive guidance and optional modifications, making her beginner-friendly practice suitable for everyone. Each class begins with relaxation and pranayama before moving into a breath-led Vinyasa flow, closing with grounding poses so students leave feeling calm, clear and centred.

  • Ashleigh Kennedy

    Ash discovered a deeper connection to yoga in her 20s, inspiring her to travel to Bali in 2020 to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. This experience ignited her passion for ongoing study, especially in the areas of mental health and addiction support.

    When she’s not teaching or offering massage, Ash loves spending time with her daughter and enjoys surfing, camping and being out in nature.

  • Caitlin Sederstrom

    Caitlin completed her Mat Pilates training through Barre Body after discovering her passion for Pilates right here at the studio. What began as regular attendance quickly grew into a desire to teach, bringing her natural energy and enthusiasm to every class.

    As a co-founder of The Wellness Studio, Caitlin delivers motivating, high-energy sessions with pumping playlists and plenty of encouragement. She’s excited to guide you through classes that leave you feeling strong, supported and uplifted.

  • Dakota Toth

    Dakota is a Barre Body–certified Pilates instructor who believes fitness should be both fun and effective. With a passion for helping clients build strength, improve flexibility and feel their best, her classes are challenging yet accessible.

    As a Registered Nurse, Dakota brings a strong understanding of the human body to her teaching and sees Pilates as the perfect preventative practice — and a great way to move your body. 

  • Tia Hoopmann

    Tia is the founder of SOLTIA Pilates on Lord Howe Island, and focuses on movement that builds confidence and supports all bodies. Her classes allow students to choose their level of challenge — from gentle toning to stronger sessions that bring a satisfying sweat.

    She blends strength, balance and control in her teaching, creating an empowering practice that supports postural alignment and helps clients feel powerful and confident in their bodies.

  • Hayley Collins

    Hayley is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor, trained through Breathe Education, with additional Reformer Yin certification from Barre Body. After almost five years as a committed Pilates client, she now brings her passion and knowledge into every class.

    Famous for delivering a “spicy” session, Hayley combines control, balance, flexibility and strength to create engaging, challenging and accessible workouts.
